Belfast Royal Academy was founded to provide an exceptional education for young people from all walks of life and, as a result, has always welcomed a diverse range of pupils and demonstrated a strong social purpose and an ethos of caring for others.
The School is committed to ensuring that talented young people from all backgrounds can access and benefit from the opportunities it provides, regardless of their financial means. Accordingly, a range of bursaries have been developed to assist pupils, based on financial need, to travel to and participate in various schools programmes and events.
The Academy also strives to provide a secure and supportive environment for all its pupils. However, it recognises that from time to time some pupils need additional care and support. For these pupils, the school’s program of pastoral care provides a safe space where support is available to manage their personal issues.
Those alumni, parents and friends of the school who wish to fund bursaries or support the pastoral care team can make a special contribution to these programs. To do so, please contact the Development Office on 028 9074 0423 or by emailing email@example.com.
