Looking after your mental health - Factsheets

Please see below links to a range of evidence-informed fact sheets which are suitable for pupils trying to find out more information about mental health conditions and wellbeing. These have been created by local charity Extern. Extern provide a range of programmes for young people and their families across Northern Ireland.

BRA are proud to certify that, in association with the ONUS initiative, they are a registered SAFE PLACE and provide information and respond appropriately to signs of domestic abuse or violence.

As a Safe Organisation the School will:

  • Support the Safe Place Campaign Pledge: never to commit, condone or stay silent about domestic violence or abuse.
  • Provide a Safe Place for anyone affected by domestic violence or abuse to confidentially access information.
  • Acknowledge domestic violence is a problem that impacts on all of us a society, and will be prepared to play our part in supporting victims and state clearly to perpetrators that we will not tolerate abuse in our community.
