Schoolcloud – virtual parent / teacher consultations

The School has successfully been hosting virtual Parent / Teacher consultations for the past four years using an easy-to-use online appointment booking system called Schoolcloud. This allows parents to choose their own appointment times with individual teachers and they will receive an email confirming their appointments. We are confident this is an excellent and highly effective alternative to face-to-face meetings and had very positive feedback from parents. A document outlining the protocol for the consultations can be found below, as can instructions for how to log on, use the system and set up your appointments.

Dates for Parent Teacher Consultations 2025-2026

• Form I (Pupils should NOT attend the online appointment): Friday 27th March 2026, 12.30pm - 3.10pm
• Form II (Pupils should NOT attend the online appointment): Tuesday 3rd February 2026, 2.30pm - 5.30pm
  
• Form III (Pupils should NOT attend the online appointment): Tuesday 20th January 2026, 2.30pm - 5.30pm
  
• Form IV (Pupils may attend the online appointment): Tuesday 10th March 2026, 2.30pm - 5.30pm
  
• Form V (Pupils may attend the online appointment): Friday 24th October 2025, 8.40am - 12 noon
  
• Form LVI (Face-to-face): Thursday 20th November 2025, 12.40pm - 3.10pm
  
• Form MVI (Face-to-face): Thursday 20th November 2025, 8.40am - 12 noon
