The School has successfully been hosting virtual Parent / Teacher consultations for the past two years using an easy-to-use online appointment booking system called Schoolcloud. This allows parents to choose their own appointment times with individual teachers and they will receive an email confirming their appointments. We are confident this is an excellent and highly effective alternative to face-to-face meetings and had very positive feedback from parents. A document outlining the protocol for the consultations can be found below, as can instructions for how to log on, use the system and set up your appointments.

FORM I	Monday 20^th February	9.00 – 11.00 a.m.
FORM II	Friday 17^th March	9.00 -12.30 p.m.
FORM III	Wednesday 1st March	1.10 – 3.30 p.m.
FORM IV	Monday 20^th February	1.00 – 3.00 p.m.
FORM V	Tuesday 29^th November	2.30 – 5.30 p.m.
FORM LVI	Tuesday 31^st January	2.30 – 5.30 p.m.
FORM MVI	Tuesday 15^th November	2.30 – 5.30 p.m.
