Within the above framework all pupils take as many subjects as they wish and no attempt is made to restrict entry only to those pupils whose prospects of ‘passing’ seem assured.
 

 
FORM 6 CURRICULUM
 
The School offers 27 subjects at Advanced Subsidiary Level. Normally pupils select three or four subjects in the Lower Sixth Form and continue with three of these subjects to Advanced Level GCE in the second year of Sixth Form.
 
General courses in Information Technology, Religious Education and a Tutorial class are included in the Sixth Form Study programme.
 
Advanced Subsidiary Levels
Pupils select three or four subjects from Blocks, similar to those outlined in the table below – the combinations vary each year according to demand.  No more than one subject may be chosen from each Block.
